However , putting your finger on exactly what’s creating that tension in your back or that little knot in your scapula isn’t always the easiest thing to do for yourself ( dare I say… its impossible).

This makes communicating the source of pain immensely difficult, which in turn makes the treatment of pain difficult.

More or less this is my why behind taking a holistic approach meaning tapping in to the mind the body , and the soul, and intuition to guide our treatment.

It is the reason people walk away from my couch feeling more than just relief form pain.. they feel the clarity that comes form feeling relaxed, and a feeling peace and stillness to be able to do what is next. Not forgetting clarity that comes form a full night sleep.

I am a multi-skilled holistic and beauty therapist based in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

Qualified with an ITEC Body massage Diploma, IIHTC Aromatherapy Diploma, NVQ Beauty therapy BSC Degree and a teaching qualification, I have been continuing my professional development and expanding my range of treatment skills for 18 years.

Much of my experience has been gained from working with high-end products on cruise ships and in luxury hotels living and working in Bermuda. I have been teaching till recently I feel it’s my time to share my knowledge and experience in holistic and aromatherapy to produce hand blended oils and diffusers made of the finest 100% natural ingredients.
