My Journey

Hear me out Ultimately you know you better then anyone

However , putting your finger on exactly what’s creating that tension in your back or that little knot in your scapula isn’t always the easiest thing to do for yourself ( dare I say… its impossible).

This makes communicating the source of pain immensely difficult, which in turn makes the treatment of pain difficult.

More or less this is my why behind taking a holistic approach meaning tapping in to the mind the body , and the soul, and intuition to guide our treatment.

It is the reason people walk away from my couch feeling more than just relief form pain.. they feel the clarity that comes form feeling relaxed, and a feeling peace and stillness to be able to do what is next. Not forgetting clarity that comes form a full night sleep.

I started my journey living in a small flat in Bristol. I felt stuck in my life and thought it was time for a change. I really liked the idea of healthy living so decided to do a massage course, a beauty course, aromatherapy course. I was now ready to start my new life.

I put up my first positive projection board, I knew something was working with me, at that point I did not realised what , it was I will explain later . I had been on holiday in Bermuda a few years before so that is where my journey would begin.

My affirmations

I will work on cruise ships,

I will work in Bermuda

I will become a teacher.

My board was up, I began to believe in my heart and soul I was on my way. I applied to work on ships. WELL YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIVE IT I GOT THE JOB and yes you guessed New York to Bermuda. I jumped up and down and did a happy dance. I spent a few years enjoying Bermuda and the Caribbean then successfully applied for a job in a hotel in Bermuda.

I had a dream to teach. So I returned to the UK. I became a beauty therapy lecturer. I can see an underlying theme running here! I spent many years teaching. I always dreamt of my own product range. So I now have done a complete circle. After many years, I am A massage and beauty therapist with my own product range

Through my journey of self discovery the one thing I know for certain is that a higher power is with me . The unshakeable faith that comes from knowing that my higher power is with me in the midst of uncertainty and the highs on the mountain top. My resilience, tenacity, spirituality and wisdom have got me though the dark times. One true underlining equation is faith never fails.

After what seems like a life time ago march 23th 2020 came and then another experience. My wisdom of life got me through the dark times. I now feel ready to start a new chapter in my life
